Los tableros de visión se han vuelto populares con el tiempo, pero la mayoría de los que los usan no se dan cuenta de que Dios es quien quiere que tengamos clara nuestra visión.
"Donde no hay visión, la gente perece". - Proverbios 29:18
Dividamos esa escritura en un lenguaje más sencillo: ¡perecer significa morir! La Biblia dice muy claramente que moriremos sin visión. La visión te mantiene vivo. ¡Te lleva desde donde estás actualmente hasta donde anhelas estar! Todo el camino de regreso en Génesis, Dios le dijo a Abraham:
"Sal afuera y mira las estrellas, por tantas estrellas como puedas ver, esa es la cantidad de descendientes que vas a tener". (Véase Génesis 15: 5.)
Más tarde le dijo a Abraham que mirara los granos de arena porque también representaba su número de futuros descendientes. Quería que Abraham tuviera una imagen de ello en su mente, que pudiera visualizarlo. Considere esto: Abraham vivía en el desierto. ¿De qué estuvo rodeado toda la noche? Estrellas. ¿De qué estuvo rodeado todo el día? Arena. Dios sabía que no era suficiente que Abraham se enterara de su futuro; también necesitaba ver hacia dónde se dirigía. Estaba literalmente rodeado de visión. En consecuencia, se convirtió en lo que contemplaba. Cuando creas tu visión en forma de un tablero de visión, un libro de visión o incluso una aplicación en su teléfono inteligente, te ves a tí mismo como quieres ser. He estado usando tableros de visión durante años y me han mantenido en un estado continuo de progresión. Tener un tablero de visión te ayudará en muchos niveles, que incluyen:
• priorizar tus metas, • obtener claridad en el propósito de tu vida, • desarrollar tu fe en la capacidad de Dios para realizar lo imposible, • aumentar tu confianza y autoestima, y • recordarte tu misión.
Rodeado de mensajes negativos continuos de que la vida nunca mejorará, tu tablero de visión te servirá como un recordatorio visual de hacia dónde te diriges. Te mantendrá enfocada cuando tengas la tentación de darte por vencido. Te mantiene resuelto y lleno de fe.
